Gender: Male Height: 5'2'' Age: Unknown Race:Dyjiki
Tribe: Morzenan Ancestry: Unknown; he does not even know himself, he's been wandering the continent for as long as he can remember. Occupation: Shaman and leader of Morzenan Companion: TBA
(+) Independent || Clever || Reliable || Calm ||Quiet (-) Impulsive ||Stubborn ||Unemotional || Cynical || Too Serious || Afraid He is quite quiet and unspoken at first, keeping his thoughts and comments to himself as you first meet him. He observes actively constantly, taking in every detail and movement. He only speaks when he deems it necessary, with an almost arrogant tone to his voice at times. He doesn't understand emotional nor does he do well in expressing them. One of his biggest regrets are taking his position, mainly because he doesn't find himself suitable for it. He would hate to fail the tribe in anyway, and it would destroy him. The stresses have taken their toll, but they will not cut him down. He's stronger than he wants to believe, and he'll pull through regardless. Bottom line, he judges by actions and first encounters, it's hard to change his mind, though he doesn't judge too harshly unless you threaten him or the land around him.
Story: Not much is known on the Dyjiki's past besides what he knows himself-- he is rather secretive about his life before Morzenan. He's been alive longer than he can remember, and has seen the world go through it's vast changes. The coming of the industrial age caught his attention and he'd settled within the confines of the Guarmi continent for quite a while. The knowledge that was used to create such machinery and advancement-- was fascinating. His presence within the land did not last though, as it was becoming harder to stay hidden within the trees.
Returning to Yoryyn, he remained in the southern region-- having grown accustomed to the warmer weather, and ended up becoming acqainted with a young, human boy whom was not afraid of him. After he built a trust with the boy, he shifted into his humanoid form-- to ease the others mind when in his presence... a familiar shape. As the boy grew, so did their relationship-- and during the absence of his friend one time.. the Dyjiki mustered up the strength to venture into his home. This home happened to be Morzenan. He found his human companion within -- getting married! This is why he was missing. The couple was recieving a blessing from the Shaman when the dyjiki caught their eye. Fascinated by his appearance, the shaman offered him a place to stay-- within the tribe.
Accepting the offer, Akos soon began working with the shaman-- sharing stories and knowledge and building a trust like no other. When it was time for the current shaman to retire, he appointed Akos as the new leader-- a man with vast knowledge of the land around him.. a perfect candidate for shaman. He may not be of pure Morzenan blood, but an exception was made... but of course, the shaman alone could not choose her successor-- as the spirits need also agree.
Akos was guided to the spirit tree, and left there to speak with the two-- not much is known of what was discussed or if anything was actually said between the three.. but as the Dyjiki returned, he was confident in his decision to accept his position, and now remains the Shaman of Morzenan.
Quote: N/A Alliance: Kirche (The Dyjiki welcomes both spiritual and industrial, but he is strongly allied with the industrial forces)
>He only uses his beast form for travel-- and does not use it around others often. >Many of the current council were appointed by him. >He's quite blunt in his words, but never means any harm with them. >He knows major fire magicks, and some other minor elemental magicks. He uses the magick crystals imported from Naaren to strengthen his abilities.
Hehehe true~ Though I think it would be interesting to design a character for this race...along with my other one. Hm....could I? Like just to play with it, not to use anything. I know you guys like to keep the races just for this group.
